KSTP TV: Grillfest 2025

Twin Cities 400 Tavern was recently featured on KSTP alongside Jason DeRusha to spotlight our upcoming appearance at GrillFest at CHS Field. Executive Chef Raj Datt appeared live to present the Tavern’s entries into two of the weekend’s most popular competitions: the Burger Battle and Bloody Mary Battle.

GrillFest, hosted by Minnesota Monthly, is a premier food and beverage event celebrating the best in local grilling, cocktails, and summer fare. Held at CHS Field in St. Paul, the event brings together top Twin Cities restaurants, breweries, distilleries, and vendors for a weekend of tastings, live demos, and friendly culinary competition.

This year we will be competing with our Kickin’ Kimchi Burger and Dynamite Dave’s Bloody Mary, a house favorite crafted with a bold, flavorful mix and stacked garnishes. Visitors to GrillFest can stop by the Twin Cities 400 Tavern booth to sample these featured items!
